堆石混凝土砌体施工质量控制研究及实践

摘    要:结合某沿河滨江路项目中堆石混凝土挡墙工程的现场试验,分别从原材料、工艺流程、试验和检测评定等环节探讨了堆石混凝土挡墙施工质量控制方法.结果表明:高比例含量的大粒径块(卵)石可以降低圬工结构水泥用量,使圬工结构的总释放热量和绝热温升显著降低,并能发挥大颗粒漂石及大块石对混凝土收缩的限制约束作用,抑制裂缝的产生与发展,从而满足施工质量控制要求.

Abstract:Combined with a riverside road project, method of construction quality control of rock filled con-crete retaining wall is discussed with field test from raw materials, technological process, test and evaluation pro-cess, etc.. The results show that the dosage of cement could be reduced with the use of high proportion of large size block stone (cobble stone) in masonry structure which leads to reduce the total heat release and the adiabatic temperature rise significantly. Also the larger particle boulder and big stone can play the role of limit and con-straint to the concrete shrinkage and inhibit the generation and development of cracks, so as to meet the require- ments of construction quality control.
