| 摘 要： | 质量功能展开(QFD)方法是一种顾客驱动的方法,可以把顾客的需求引入设计过程,有效地改善设计过程。通过对QFD方法进行分析,认为QFD方法可用于桥梁规划、设计、生产和施工等的分析决策,并研究了该方法在桥梁工程中应用的基本目标和应用步骤。最后通过实例分析证明了该方法很方便地将业主和使用者的需求转变成桥梁方案的功能要求和主要技术指标,确定桥梁设计中的关键技术指标,从而改进桥梁设计的质量,更好地满足业主和使用者的需求。

| Abstract: | The quality function deployment (QFD) method is client-driven and can introduce the requirements of clients into design procedure to improve design procedure.Based on the analysis of QFD method,the potential implementation of QFD method is con- sidered can be apply into planning,design,product and construction of bridge,the fundamental objects and procedure of implementa- tion of QFD method in bridge engineering are studied too.Finally,it is proved through the example that QFD method can expediently interpret owners' and users' needs into the functional requirements,then into technical specifications to improve the quality of bridge design and meet the needs of owner and users. |
