儿童系统性红斑狼疮附15例临床分析

本文报道了15例儿童系统性红斑狠疮(SLE)。分析了其临床表现、内脏受累及实验改变,并且与17例随机抽取的成年患者进行比较,结果表明儿童SLE的肾脏和心脏损害比成人严重(P<0.05),此外,淋巴细胞转化率降低在儿童患者亦更为普遍(P<0.05)。儿童患者其它器官损害亦多于成人,但统计学上无显著差异。中西医结合治疗效果较为满意。本文还讨论了儿童SLE的发病年龄、性别、临床表现、诊断和治疗等问题。

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 15 CASES SLE IN CHILDREN

Fifteen pases of patients with systemic lupus erythenatosus (SLE) in children are reported. Their clinical manifestations, involvement of organs and laboratory findings are analysed and compared with another 17 cases of SEL in adults who are selected at random. The result shows that the involvment of kindney and heart in children is more severe than in adults, and decreased lymphocyte transformation rate is more frequently observed in children (p< 0.05) than in adults. The tinvolvement of other organs in children is more common than in adults, but there is no significant difference statistically. The combined therapy with the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine is effective. The age sex, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the disease are also discussed in the paper.
