濒海道路拓宽与防潮堤达标综合改造方案的研究

汕头市海滨路(利安路-石炮台公园)现状道路为双向2车道,现状防潮堤不足20a一遇标准。综合改造要求道路拓宽为双向6车道,防潮堤按100a一遇标准达标。工程北侧建筑物不能拆迁,南侧不能填海,该文提出了架空外飘型防潮堤,既可解决道路拓宽的用地问题,也可解决防潮堤达标不能填海的难题,可供濒海(江)道路拓宽和防潮(洪)堤达标综合改造工程参考。

Study of Comprehensive Rebuilding Scheme of Closing-to-sea Road to be Widened and Damp-proofing Dyke to Reach Standard

The present road of Haibin Road (Lian Road-Shipaotai Park) in Shantou City is the double-way 2-lane road. The present damp-proofing dyke does not reach 20a once-met standard. The comprehensive rebuilding scheme requires that the road is widened to the double-way 6-lane one. The damp-proofing dyke is up to standard according to 100a once-met standard. The buildings at the north side of the project can not be removed, and the filling-in sea can not be carried out at the south side. The article puts forward the overhead external-waving damp-proofing dyke, which can solve not only the problem of the land used for widening the road, but also the difficulty not to fill in sea for the damp-proofing dyke to reach the standard.
