| 摘 要： | 提出了公路出行者信息服务短信发布的设计方法，从信息需求分析、信息采集、信息传输、信息处理和信息发布5个方面对发布设计方法和设计流程进行了研究，然后在此基础上，重点研究了公路出行者信息服务短信发布的方案设计。

| Abstract: | SMS is an effective tool for providing timely traffic and travel condition information to the public.First,the recommended design dissemination framework of SMS serv- ice is established including information demand analysis,col- lection communication,transaction and dissemination.And then,based on the analysis of the framework,the plan of information dissemination plan was presented in the paper in detail. |
