合成条件对Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O系超导体T_C的影响

摘    要:对Bi-sr-Ca-Cu-O系中2212与2223超导相的形成规律和影响其超导电性的因素进行了初步研究。结果表明:在Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O系超导体中,当仅形成2212相时,随着组分中(Ca+Cu)原子相对含量的增加,T_C下降,超导相的体积分数减少,氧含量对两个超导相T_C的影响是不相同的,增加试样的氧含量,将使2212相T_C下降,而提高2223相的超导性能。

Abstract:The T_c is shifted down and the volume fraction of superconducting phase is reduced with increasing the percent of (Ca+Cu) atom in the case of only 2212 phase forming in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system. The effect of oxygen in 2212 phase on Tc is different form that 2223 phase, the T_c of 2212 phase was lowed and superconducting properties of 2223 phase was improved by increasing oxygen content of samples.
