摘    要:自升式钻井平台在工作时处于站立状态,平台承受自重、可变载荷等抬升重量的载荷以及风、浪、流等环境载荷。在不同的环境载荷下,平台桩腿可承受的抬升重量是不同的,导致了不同环境载荷下的可变载荷的不同。环境载荷图通过分析不同环境载荷下平台的稳性、强度以及抬升/锁紧设备的极限能力,来确定不同环境载荷下的许用可变载荷肼用抬升重量。环境载荷图是自升式平台操作手册的重要组成部分。

Abstract:Elevated mode was the normal operational condition for a self-elevating drilling unit (SEDU). The unit was subjected to elevated weight including light weight and variable load, and subjected to the environmental load including wind load, wave load and current load. The unit allowable elevated weight varied as per the different environmental load. Consequently, the variable load was different. Environmental load charts for storm was a guidance to determine the allowable variable load/elevated weight under different environmental conditions by analyzing the unit stability, strength and jacking devices/rack chocks' capacity. It' s an important portion of the unit' s operating manual.
