盾构直接切削围护墙的设计探讨

摘    要:在国内地下工程中,盾构进出洞一般采用人工凿除盾构范围的围护墙后再进行掘进的方式,该种方式对地层加固和止水要求相对较高,且存在一定的施工风险,施工费时费力。采用GFRP(玻璃纤维)筋代替围护墙中盾构直径范围内的钢筋,可使盾构在进出洞时直接切削围护墙进行掘进,这样既可以加快施工进度、减少施工风险,同时还可以降低围护墙前地层的加固范围及地层与围护墙间的止水要求,是一种比较经济的施工方法。

Abstract:At present,the wall of a starting or receiving shaft should be opened by man power when a shield enters into or leaves the shaft.This approach demands reinforcing the stratum in front of the shaft wall and adopting waterproofing.The construction risk is obvious,and the enclosure shaft wall is opened with much labor and time.If GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) bars are used replacing reinforcing steel bars for the enclosure wall in the extent of a shield,the shield machine can directly cut through the wall when goes in and out.So the construction time is shortened and construction risk is diminished,and the requirements for strengthening the ground in front of the shaft wall and for the waterproofing of the wall are lowered with the construction cost.reduced.
