航务军交运输多点装载浅析

信息化条件下的局部战争和抢险救灾、维稳处突等非战争军事行动,都要求航务军交运输更为快速高效。基于我军目前航务军交运输的现状和部队任务形势的新变化,结合航务军交运输保障任务的工作实践,提出了多点装载这一运输装载方式,并分析了多点装载的需求和优势,对实施多点装载存在的问题和改进方法进行了探讨,使这一新的运输方式在不断完善和成熟的基础上,能够成为传统运输方式的有益补充。

An Analysis of the Multi-Point Loading in Military Traffic and Transportation

Local wars,rescue and relief work,peace-maintaining and emergency-handling and other non-combat operations in the conditions of information all require the military traffic and transportation to be more quick and efficient.With the present situation of our military traffic and transportation and the new changes in the tasks of the P.L.A taken into account,and also the practical work of the military traffic support tasks considered,a new transportation mode of ＂ Multi-Point Loading ＂ is put forward in the paper,with its requirements and advantages analyzed,problems existing in the multi-point loading and solutions to them explored.After the continuous improvement and perfection of the new mode of transportation,it can become a beneficial complement to the traditional modes of transportation.
