基于激光循迹和PLC控制的自动导引车控制系统软件设计

摘    要:针对一种使用激光传感器进行循迹、以三菱FX2N系列PLC作为控制核心的自动导引车,设计了能实现触摸屏控制、自动循迹、手动控制、避障、调速、站台检测等功能的控制软件;在样机上进行了软件调测,实验证明,此软件运行可靠、抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:With the automatic guided vehicle as a practical example which uses the laser sensor as the tracking sensor,and the Mitsubishi FX2N PLC as the core of control, designed in the paper is the control software, which helps realize the functions of the touch screen control, automatic tracking, manual control, obstacle avoiding, speed regulating, platform detecting, etc. The software is tested and adjusted with a model machine. It is proved that the software is reliable in operation and powerful in resisting disturbance.
