信息化条件下国防交通动员建设探析

未来应急作战,将是信息化条件下的一场快节奏、高消耗、大纵深、强对抗的高技术局部战争。国防交通动员是军事斗争准备的重要组成部分,动员能力直接关系到战争的胜负。分析了当前国防交通动员建设的现状,从五个方面提出了提高信息化条件下国防交通动员能力建设的对策措施,对于赢得信息化条件下局部战争具有相当重要的现实意义。

The future emergency combat will be a high-tech local war in the conditions of information,which will be quick in rhythm,high in consumption,large in depth and fierce in antagonism.As the mobilization of transportation for national defense is an important part of the military struggle preparedness,the capability-building of the mobilization of transportation for national defense will be closely related to the victory or failure of the war.Upon the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the construction of the mobilization of transportation for national defense,some measures for improving the building-up of the capability of the mobilization of transportation for national defense are put forward from five aspects,which are of relatively great immediate significance in helping us win local wars in the conditions of information.
