摘    要:结合某企业新车型的开发工作,应用并行工程和CAPE技术制订了新车型的总装工艺过程规划.依照该规划,通过计算机三维动态虚拟仿真汽车总装过程,能将产品设计及工艺的潜在问题早期发现并予以解决.实践证明,所做的研究工作确实收到了显著缩短新车型质量培育时间和提高总装技术水平的效果.

Abstract:Based on the need of new car model development in an enterprise, a process planning for final assembly of new car model is worked out by applying concurrent engineering and CAPE technology. With the process planning, a 3D dynamic virtual simulation on car final assembly process is performed, enabling the potential problems in product design and process technology to be discovered and solved at an early stage. The practice proves that the work presented in this paper achieves a good effect in notably reducing the quality breeding time of new car model and improving the technological level of final assembly.
