汽车分离循环式冷却系统的仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了车用分离循环式冷却系统的结构及其特点。利用AMESim软件建立冷却系统1D仿真模型。通过仿真计算,将分离循环式冷却系统计算结果与传统单循环冷却系统进行比较,结果表明,分离循环式冷却系统的冷起动时间比传统冷却系统减少了87 s,发动机的机体温度升高了5.5℃,油耗减少5%,发动机的经济性得到改善。

Abstract:The structure and characteristic of vehicle separated cooling system were introduced.The 1D model for vehicle separated cooling system was established with AMESim software.By simulation calculation,the separated cooling system was compared with the traditional single-cycle cooling system.The results showed that the separated circulating cooling system had more advantages.For the separated circulating cooling system,the cold starting time was reduced by 87 s,the temperature of engine block was increased by 5.5 ℃,the fuel consumption was decreased by 5 percent,and the economy of engine was improved.
