Application of WSN in intellectual communications domain has been just begining abroad. The medium Lab in Institute of Mashengli Engineering of U. S. A. , the BERBECK Institute of England London University and the COMO Lab in Free University of Belgium Brussels have been all launching monographic study of WSN under support of government of folk funds. The paper analyses the applied technique of WSN in carriage detection, driving speed measurement and detection of Subgrade condition proceed with sensor technique, moreover publishes informations about techniques advanced internationally,such as the design structure of sensor,network transfer algrithm etc, which are related to WSN.
