通过对潜艇作战过程和作战环境的分析,根据杜派指数法的思想和原则,提出了影响潜艇作战效能的主要因素及其相互关系,建立了利用指数法评估潜艇作战效能的模型,分析了模型的军事应用。该模型可为部队训练和作战提供潜艇装备的战斗效能数据,找出影响潜艇作战能力的敏感因素,为发展新型装备提供依据。
