| Abstract: | In combination with the heightening and consolidation of the flood control wall of flood control dike in urban district of Changde City in Hunan Province the paper analyzes and approaches to the heightening and consolidation design of concrete structure. The flood control project shall be constructed to strengthen the combination with creation of new environment and the humane landscape so that the dike function could be constantly raised. |
