基于Ansys的升降系统锁紧装置齿形设计

摘    要:分析升降系统爬升齿轮与桩腿齿条的啮合原理,解释自升式平台实际应用过程中出现的齿条磨损问题,为升降系统锁紧装置锁紧块齿形设计提供依据。针对齿条磨损特点设计锁紧块齿形,并分析锁紧块齿形强度影响因子。该齿形既避开齿条齿面磨损区域,又能与磨损较少的齿面接触,保证载荷有效传递。

Abstract:The phenomenon of fatigue wear of rack has been analyzed based on the working principle of pinion rack jacking system serving for the self-elevating offshore platform, which regarded as the supporting proof for designing fixation tooth. The fixation tooth designed in this paper has been seen with the ability of avoiding worn touching place and bearing valid loading, which performance has been test and verified by Ansys.
