板翅式换热器的热工性能和压阻特性实验研究

摘    要:以某型号的板翅式换热器进行热工性能和压阻特性的实验研究,根据实验数据利用MATALB中的polyfit函数拟合出换热量、空气流量、空气进口温度、空气侧压降以及传热系数随变频器的频率变化关系。可为板翅式换热器的结构设计和性能改进提供依据。

Abstract:The flow and heat transfer of plate-fin heat exchanger(PFHE) were experimentally studied.Based on experimental data,utilizing the ployfit function of MATLAB,the relationship of heat transfer,air flow,air inlet temperature,air pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient characteristics of the PFHE via frequency converter was poly-fitted,which provided a powerful reference for structure design and performance improvement of PFHE.
