| 摘 要： | 面对激烈的国际竞争环境,我国修船企业必须改革其传统的生产组织与管理方法,实施敏捷制造模式,为船东提供灵敏、快捷、高质量的修船服务,以提高企业的竞争实力。文章对我国修船企业实施敏捷制造模式的必要性进行了分析,并提出了实施该模式的若干措施及对策。
