城市最优路权分配方法模型解析

摘    要:通过交通拥堵成因的解析发现,只有彻底保证地面公共交通的路权,才能从根本上解决城市的交通拥堵问题.为了寻找最优的路权分配方案,引入容量分析的理念,在传统分析方法的基础上,重新界定了容量定义、评价指标和运算方法,以成熟的城市综合交通模型为平台,从出行的可控性和舒适性两方面构建模型的核心,完善了交通容量的分析流程,提出了城市最优路权分配方法模型.最后以广州为实例进行了研究,结果证明,地面公共交通路权优先,既适应公交优先的理念,又能最大程度地实现城市的要求,是解决城市交通拥堵问题的关键.

Abstract:By analyzing the causes of traffic congestion,this paper intends to develop a method to ensure the right of way for the ground public transport to solve the traffic congestion fundamentally. In order to find the optimal allocation scheme about right of way,this paper introduces the concept of capacity analysis. On the basis of traditional analytical method,it redefines the capacity definition,evaluation indexes and methods of operation. It improves the traffic capacity of the analytical process from travel reliability and comfort by the mature comprehensive urban transportation model. Finally,it showed a study conducted in Guangzhou as an example. The results show that the ground public transport priority in right of way,not only adapts to the idea of bus priority,but also maximizes the effectiveness of the acquisition and is proven to be the key to solve problem of urban traffic congestion.
