| 摘 要： | 会展业的飞速发展使得人才需求急剧增加,相应的会展教育市场也日益火爆,高职高专院校在会展人才培养中占有重要地位,如何有效开展会展教育以培养出更多优秀的会展人才并使其培养的"适用型"的人才与会展行业的人才需求相对应,是当前高职高专会展专业建设的主要问题。

| Abstract: | The great development of exhibition industry lead to a big increase in the demand for talents, and the corresponding education market is also increased for this reason.Vocational institutions plays an important role in the training for MICE talnet, How to conduct fair and effective education to train more and more excellent talents and make these talnets can apply for the need of the society.This is currently the main problem of the construction of MICE in Vocational Institutions. |
