| Abstract: | Different types of power cable faults necessitate different rough orientation methods. On the basis of theoretical analysis of voltage pulse travelling wave's propagating process in the cable,this paper introduces two orientation methods:time domain reflectometry and high-voltage plus arc reflectometry. A case of practical application is introduced. |
