客车倾翻结构安全性仿真分析及改进设计

摘    要:参照欧洲ECER66法规,采用CAE技术仿真分析和评价某客车的倾翻安全性能,并根据客车结构倾翻变形特点,提出相应改进设计,为客车结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:According to European regulation ECE R66,the coach rollover safety is analysed and evaluated by using CAE simulation technology.Based on the deformation characteristics of the coach frame structure,an improvement design is proposed to provide a reference for the coach structure design.
