摘    要:对某款客车前部立柱对上部结构强度的影响开展试验研究及CAE仿真分析,CAE仿真分析得到了试验验证;提出对前部立柱结构的改进方案并进行CAE仿真分析,为厂家开展上部结构强度设计提供参考。

Abstract:The authors present the test research and CAE simulation analysis about the front pillar effect to the coach superstructure strength,and the CAE simulation analysis is validated by test.They also put forward the improvement plan for the front pillar structure and carry through the CAE simulation analysis to provide references for manufacturers to design the coach superstructure strength.
