Some issues concerning maritime law enforcement supervision

As the reform of maritime law enforcement mode deepens, some MSAs have established relevant supervision organs and improve the enforcement supervision through experience gained and lessons learned. Enforcement supervision, like the role of a woodpecker, is to ensure that the enforcement activities of the maritime authority are in compliance with the law.
