基于冗余技术的舵机控制系统设计与应用

摘    要:舵机作为维持及改变船舶航向的重要辅机设备,其可靠运行对保障船舶的航行安全至关重要。文章介绍了一种采用CAN总线冗余、CPU软冗余技术的舵机控制系统设计,重点分析冗余CAN通信系统的架构与原理以及CPU软冗余系统软、硬件配置。实际使用效果表明:控制系统数字化及可靠性水平得到较大的提升。

Abstract:As an important auxiliary equipment to maintain and change the ship’s course, the reliable operation of the steering gear is very important to ensure the safety of the ship’s navigation.A design of steering gear control system using CAN bus redundancy and CPU soft redundancy technology is introduced. The architecture and principle of Redundant CAN communication system and the software and hardware configuration of CPU soft redundancy system are emphatically analyzed. The actual application results show that the digitization and reliability of the control system have been greatly improved.
