| 摘 要： | 船舶企业外来务工人员占总人数的比例较大且流动性大，特别是边远地区人员占的比例较高，他们文化程度偏低，有时语言沟通都有困难，一般在这部分人员中特殊工种作业人员占企业总人数比例的一半以上，因此，对这部分人员的安全教育培训就显得尤为重要。
