| 摘 要： | 把事故率作为交通安全服务水平的量化指标,研究了高速公路和一级公路的交通安全服务水平,并将其划分为4个等级;采用概率统计学、稳健回归等基础理论建立了事故率与限制速度、线形的关系模型;在可接受的交通安全服务水平下,分别建立了小车和大车限制速度的取值方法。研究成果可以为中国相关公路管理部门设置合理的高等级公路车辆限速提供方法和依据。
