摘    要:从员工绩效考核的观念认识、指标设计、结果控制和基础工作等方面,分析了目前国内组织开展员工绩效考核存在的主要问题和效果不佳的原因,论述了开展员工绩效考核的意义、作用、方法和原因,对组织开展员工绩效考核具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The paper analyzes on the causes for the unsatisfactory effect achieved by the employee performance assessments executed in China in respect of concept understanding, index establishing, result control and daily records and provides the corresponding countermeasures. The paper also expatiates on the significance and execution principles of employee performance assessments. The paper can provide reference for the execution of employee performance assessments in the future.
