现代项目管理理论在高校社会实践活动中的应用浅析

深化高校社会实践活动是落实中共中央关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要途径和有效载体。随着社会的不断发展,传统的社会实践运作模式不能很好的适应时代发展的需要。现代项目管理无论从时间利用、成本控制、资源分配等方面都具有明显的优势,本文运用项目管理生命周期理论,把社会实践活动分为筹备、启动、实施、控制、收尾五个阶段,并结合社会实践的特点进行了研究分析。

An Analysis of Applying Theory of Project Management in Social Practice Program

The advantage of mordern project manegement includs time utilize, cost control, resources allotment. This paper usage project management of the life cycle theories, there are five items including arrange, startup, implement, control, ending, also, make an analysised which is based on the feature of social practice and combined the characteristics of the social practice.
