摘    要:运用TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)对螺套锁紧力不足的难题进行研究。通过TRIZ中的功能分析、因果分析、冲突区域分析等方法找到螺套连接技术系统中存在的矛盾,以螺套锁紧过程中的装配间隙和锁紧力为切入点,找到4个根本原因,分别运用TRIZ中的冲突矩阵、物质-场模型、效应知识库、专利检索等工具找到螺套锁紧力不足问题的解决办法。对解决方法进行现场试验验证,最终得到最优解,并将其应用于生产实际中。

Abstract:The problem of insufficient locking force of screw sleeve is studied by using TRIZ.Through the function analysis,cause and effect analysis,conflict area analysis and other methods of TRIZ,the contradictory points in the screw sleeve connection technology system are located.By tackling the assembly clearance and locking force in the process of screw sleeve locking,four root causes to the problem of insufficient locking force are located and solutions are formulated by means of conflict matrix,material field model,effect knowledge base and patent search tool of TRIZ.The solution is verified by field test,and the optimal solution is finally obtained and applied in production practice.
