上海市内环高架路建成后 ,随着交通量的迅速增加 ,目前已呈饱和状态并产生堵塞现象。本文针对内环高架的现状及存在问题 ,探讨全线上、下进行改建的对策 ,包括 :地面道路的改造、优化现有匝道和立交、可能的拓宽方案和结构可行性、采用双层高架的考虑以及通过路网改造、分流内环交通等

Conception of Traffic Improvement of Shanghai Inner Ring Road (Puxi Sector)

After the completion of Shanghai Inner Ring Elevated Road and with the rapid incretion of the traffic volume, now saturation situation has emerged in it and the block appearance has produced. To counter the present situation and the existing problems of the Inner Ring Elevated Road, the paper approaches to the countermeasures for rebuilding the upper and down lanes of the whole road, including the transformation of the surface road, the optimum of the existing ramps and interchanges, the probable enlargement option and the structure feasibility, the consideration of using two-level elevated road and the diversion of the traffic of the Inner Ring Road through the reformation of the road network.
