| 摘 要： | 文章从研究挂桨船等非标准化船舶现状和存在问题出发,提出推广船型标准化的法律、技术、行政、经济措施,分析了船型标准化的前景,对船型标准化在促进船舶技术进步和航运结构调整、提高营运效益、促进航运业可持续发展方面的作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The article discusses from the present condition and the existing problem of un-standardized ships, sach as the oar ship, putting forward the measures on law, technique, administration, economy for popularization of standardized ships, and analyzing the prospects of the standardized ships. In addition, it also probes into the technical advancement, shipping structure adjustment, operating concerns improvement and sustainable development in the shipping industry. |
