| 摘 要： | 通过对滑动轴承运动故障和振动故障的分析,提出一种基于润滑机理来判别轴承是否出现故障的方法,该方法是利用润滑剂温度及其成分的改变来反映滑动轴承的故障状况。该方法简单可行,适合于滑动轴承初期阶段的故障诊断。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the failure form and failure character of sliding bearing,By utilizing temperature change and component of lu-bricating oil in import and export,point out a new method for distinguishing failure.This method is simple and feasible,especially it is adequate for early stage in failure diagnosis. |
