摘    要:系统研究了多层隔振系统的动力学分析和求解方法,通过隔振系统运动分析、考虑弹性特性的基础运动分析和多层隔振系统的综合求解技术,得到了一条多层隔振系统动力学求解的技术途径。针对某型重载车辆,在考虑车体弹性特性的基础上,根据优化得到的两层隔振装置物理特性参量,对该车动力舱双层隔振系统进行了动力学响应求解。分析结果表明,该双层隔振系统起到了良好的隔振效果,达到了预期设计目标。

Abstract:Dynamic analysis and resolution about multilayer vibration-isolating system have been studied.We can get the method of dynamic resolution about multilayer vibration-isolating system by means of dynamic analysis of vibration-isolating system and basis dynamic analysis of elastic character and total resolution of multilayer vibration-isolating system and so on.Focus on certain fully-loaded vehicle,dynamic response of double vibration-isolating system of the vehicle's power house is figured out,this process go along with the system's physical parameters obtained by optimization,body's elastic character considered too.The result shows that the system has a satisfied performance in isolating vibration and reaches expected goal.
