| 摘 要： | 加强和完善"工学结合"人才培养模式是新形势下职业教育教学改革的重要主题,这不仅利于提高学生的职业综合素质,更重要有利于提高职业人才对社会经济需求的适应能力。作为一名教育工作者应该怎样去贯彻和落实全国教育工作会议和发展规划纲要精神,完善和提高ISO9000教学质量管理体系,找到高职教育的"工学结合"职业教育培养模式更加贴近企业实际和市场需求的新思路,增强培养过程灵活性,给了我们更多的启迪和思考。

| Abstract: | It is the important theme of the reform of vocational education to strengthen and perfect the education of combination and working under the new situation,which not only benefit the improving of students＇ vocational quality,but also meet the needs of social economic development.As a teacher,how should we carry out and practice the national education working conference and development plan outline spirit,perfect and improve ISO9000 management system of teaching quality,seek out a new train of thought that the training pattern of vocation education about the combination of learning and working adjoin enterprise reality and market demand,enhance the flexibility of training process,together with the enlightenment and reflection. |
