| 摘 要： | 加强内涵建设，提升教学管理水平是今后一个时期高校发展的重点．笔者从工作理念创新、建设体制创新、培养制度创新、建设制度创新等四个方面对高校教学管理队伍建设进行了探索，并提出了改革的建议。
