| 摘 要： | 本文报告我院22年(1957—1979年底)经剖腹探查,病理证实的197例壶腹周围癌的外科治疗总结,其中58例行胰十二指肠切除术,手术切除率为29.4%,手术死亡率为12.1%,切除随访率为91.4%,术后1年、3年、5年存活率分别为60%、27.9%、23.7%。着重讨论提高胰十二指肠切除术的效果,诊断和手术适应症的选择,严重并发症等方面的经验体会。

| Abstract: | This paper presents 197 cases with periampullary carcinoma dentified by explorative laparoto.ny or pathological examination from 1957 through 1979Included in this series were 129 cases of carcinoma of head of pancress 38 cases of ampulla of rater, 21 cases of duedenum and 9 cases of common ductAmong these cases, 58 underwent panereaticoduodenectomy resection. Their resectability rate was 29.44%; mortality, 12.1%; postoperative folloW-up rate, 91.38; 1-year, 3-year and 5-year absolute survival rates were 60%, 27.91% and 23.68%, respectilyIn this discusson, emphsais is laid on the improvement of the effects of pancreatoduodectomy, the diagnosis and choice of procedures of operation as well as our experience concerning provention of serious complication |
