| 摘 要： | 世行项目承包商在合同执行中,对支付与索赔尚缺乏全面了解与正确认识,经常误将一些支付、垫付偿还、赔偿补偿统统归为索赔,因而导致一些不必要的经济损失。简要介绍一些基本概念,侧重介绍在实践中如何应用这些知识解决支付、赔偿与索赔中的问题。
