络合萃取—树脂吸附法处理己内酰胺废水的实验研究

摘    要:利用络合萃取—树脂吸附法对己内酰胺废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,对于CODcr58000 mg·L^-1、色度3 500倍的己内酰胺废水,经此方法处理后,CODcr、色度的去除率分别达到99%和100%,对实验中的影响因素进行了分析,同时对该处理方法应该进一步研究的问题进行了说明。

Abstract:The treatment of caprolactam wastewater by coordination extraction-resin absorption is discussed in this paper. The experimental study showed that for caprolactam wastewater of CODcr58000mg/L with 3500 times of chromaticity, about 99% of CODcr was removed and chroma reached 100% through coordination extraction-resin absorption. Besides, the factors of the experiment are analyzed and the further research problems are illustrated in this paper.
