摘    要:城市雨水泵站是市政建设和管理工程的重要公用基础设施,担负着城市排水防涝的重要任务。介绍了一种基于PLC的雨水泵站控制系统设计方案,该系统采用西门子S7-300PLC作为下位机,控制7台水泵的启/停数目、顺序以及格栅机、运输机、闸门井启闭机的运行;上位机装有WINCC组态软件,对现场实施监控,并通过GPRS数据传输单元将数据传送到市政部门指挥管理中心。提高了雨水泵站可靠性和工作效率。

Abstract:Rainwater pumping station is an important public infrastructure for municipal construction and administrative engineering.It shoulders a vital task of flood drainage.This paper aims to introduce a design of rainwater pumping station control system based on PLC.The system makes use of Simatic S7-300 as subordinate computer to control seven water pumps as well as other machines' work.WINCC is installed on industrial computer to supervise the field.The collected data will be transmitted to management center of municipal department through GPRS DTU.This design improves the reliability and efficiency of rainwater pumping station.
