| 摘 要： | 为了确保盾构安全穿越南京地铁二号线施工中遇到的地面废弃建（构）筑物遗留的桩基工程，就拔桩施工的机理、拔桩方法评价、套管钻进拔桩法施工工艺及施工机具选型与配套、施工效果以及施工中有关问题的探讨等作简单的介绍。所探讨的套管钻进拔桩法施工工艺简单、操作方便、施工效率高、施工效果好(尤其在近距离管线桩基的拔出)、费用低，可广泛在φ1000mm以内桩径、短桩、长弃桩拔除施工中推广应用。
