| Abstract: | This paper analyses the similarities and differences between the graduates of non-maritime majors and those of maritime majors, and provides some suggestions on the specific training modes for those graduates of non--maritime majors relevant to their characteristics in accordance with the Regulations for Management of Training of Seathrers Graduated from Non-Maritime Engineering Majors and the Notification concerning the Issues of the Examination, Assessment and Certification of Seafarers released by the Ministry of Transportation. |
