舟山跨海大桥非通航孔箱梁桥腹板开裂分析

摘    要:针对舟山跨海大桥非通航孔箱梁桥的腹板开裂问题,通过有限元模拟和检测数据分析,研究得出腹板开裂的原因有施工阶段预应力锚后劈裂力和临时支座设置不当的综合影响,并提出了计算这类腹板开裂的方法和施工中的防裂措施。本文研究结果对于防止类似的箱梁桥腹板开裂,提高跨海大桥的耐久性有一定的工程参考意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the web cracks of Zhoushan cross-sea non-navigable box girder bridge, finite element modelling and analysis of test results are carried out. Research results show that the split forces in anchorage zone and inappropriate installation of temporary support in construction stage are the main causes for the web cracks. Calculationmethod for this kind of web cracks and anti-cracking measure dur- ing construction are proposed. Study results in this paper have the engineering reference significance in preventing similar web racks of box girder bridge and improving the durability of cross-sea bridge.
