机制砂自密实混凝土在高速公路中的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验研究胶凝材料用量、砂率和石粉用量对机制砂自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响,研究了机制砂自密实混凝土的配制技术,并测试了机制砂自密实混凝土的干缩性能。试验结果表明,机制砂自密实混凝土的工作性能和力学性能满足工程需要,石粉的掺人改善了混凝土的干缩性能.

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of binder content, sand ratio and limestone powder content on the working performance and mechamical performance of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with manufac- tured sand were experimental studied, the preparation technique of SCC was studied, and the drying shrinkage of SCC was measured. Test results showed that the working performance and mechanical per- formance of SCC could satisfy the requirement of highway project, and the addition of limestone powder could improve the drying shrinkage of SCC.
