| 摘 要： | 介绍OMIS系统的发展历程,从内部和外部用户角度对铁路智能办公管理信息系统进行需求分析。对OMIS系统进行具体功能设计,分析系统功能需求;最后提出我国铁路智能办公管理信息系统的未来发展方向。
