摘    要:研究了运输过程对结构混凝土拌合物工作性能、配合比符合性、力学性能、耐久性能(碳化、抗氯离子渗透)等的影响。研究表明拌和楼出口、搅拌车出口、泵口等取样点混凝土配合比分析结果与设计配合比有一定误差,不同取样点混凝土抗压强度、各个龄期混凝土碳化深度和氯离子扩散系数均相差不大。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of transport process on the workability,mix proportion consistency,strength and durability of concrete mixture are studied. The results show that there is error between mix proportion at mixing plant outlet,mixing trunk,pump inlet and design mix proportion,the difference of compressive strength,the carbonation depth at different age and chloride corrosion from different sampling local is little.
