空心板梁的无支架现浇施工法

介绍了一种空心板的现浇施工法,在预制场地受限和搭支架困难的情况下,采用贝雷架拼装导梁架于桥跨中,然后在导梁上现浇空心板,再横移就位,移动导梁,逐孔现浇空心板.此法方便快捷,不受场地限制,也不需搭设支架.

Scheme for casting-in-place cored slab beam without support

A cast-in-place construction method for cored slab beam is introduced in this paper.It is suggested that when there isn't enough field to prefabricate and it's difficult to set up supports,a leading beam fabricated with Bailey truss can be installed across the span,and cored slab beam can be cast-in-place on the leading beam,then the cored slab beam can be moved transversely to the right place.By moving the leading beam span by span,the whole cored slab beam can be successfully cast-in-place.It is demonstrated that this is a convenient way as it won't be limitted by the field,no supports is necessary.
