| 摘 要： | 根据港口机械制造业呈离散制造、工序多、配套件多、往返加工多、外协多、修改多和外场操作多的特点,提出了一套适合港口机械制造业流程管理的ERP实施模式:依托高校、领导挂帅、组织架构调整、流程重组、整体架构、分步实施、项目式无编码制和内部人才培养。在这一模式的指导下,ZPMC南通分公司ERP正在顺利实施。

| Abstract: | According to the features of manufacturing industries of port machinery such as discrete manufacturing and much more in process steps,components,remanufacturing,external cooperation,modification and outside manufacture operations,this paper gives a set of implement mode for ERP suitable to flow management for manufacturing industries of port machinery.The mode contains with universities support,leader in charge,organization optimizing,business process reengineering,macro planning,step implementing,itemed no coding system,and training inside employee.By use of this mode,ERP is implementing successfully in Nantong Branch Co.of ZPMC. |
