为了从根源上预防长隧道交通事故的发生,该文基于主动型的事故预防理论,提出了隧道交通事故征候的概念,进而建立了隧道事故征候体系,找出隧道交通事故的潜在隐患,并且提出了若干有效的应对措施和管理方案,改进了隧道安全管理,提高了安全水平,使隧道交通安全由被动的事故预防变为主动的事故征候预防。
